Disha Employment Readiness course

Disha – Job Readiness Course for Visually Impaired Learners
“Disha” is a one-month online job readiness program designed for blind and low-vision job seekers. Created by NAB Delhi in collaboration with iSTEM and Beyond Eyes Foundation, the course helps participants build essential skills for today’s job market.
Learners will gain practical training in resume writing, interview preparation, workplace behavior, soft skills, and understanding accessible job opportunities. The program includes video lessons from corporate professionals, detailed text-based modules, and live sessions with visually impaired role models.
Participants also get one year of access to learning materials and ongoing updates. A certificate is awarded upon successful completion, and NAB Delhi will support eligible learners with job connections.
“Disha” aims to build confidence, independence, and professional readiness for visually impaired youth and adults preparing for employment.
